A man that police warned was to be considered dangerous and possibly coming to Dawson Creek has been apprehended in Prince George on Tuesday.
Cpl. Craig Douglass, the Prince George RCMP's spokesman, confirmed that Larry Eugene Calver, 65, had been captured without incident in a Prince George apartment at around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Douglass said that police had received a tip from the public about Culver, which helped lead to the arrest.
On Tuesday, a Canada Wide Warrant was issued for Calver after he missed a home visit to his selected residence, therefore failing to meet the conditions of his parole release.
Police warned at the time that he may have been headed to Dawson Creek.
