Dear Editor,
A letter was sent to Pat Pimm several months ago concerning a number of issues related to the Site C question. Clearly, this is a complex arena and will require some sober thoughts on his part. As a courtesy, we do expect some response from him office.
At the present time, he has given us no indication of any answer to the question that we requested of him in his role as our North Peace MLA. The question reads as follows:
Mr. Pimm, will you publicly make your point of view clear regarding a Shepard Energy type of natural gas proposal in place of a Site C plan?
We understand that he might initially have required some additional time to formulate an answer. However, our letter was dated
“October 12, 2012” effectively three months ago. This is more than ample time for an opportunity to respond.
Out of general courtesy as well as obligation, would it not be appropriate for his office to give us some indication of when and how he plan on responding to the above question?
