With the 60th Oilmen's Bonspiel just three weeks away, running November 19 to 21, the Fort St. John Petroleum Association held a lottery to determine the 16 teams that will get to participate. Normally, spots would be given out on a first come, first serve basis. However, due to the pandemic and rules for social distancing, only 16 teams of three are allowed to enter the bonspiel (the last four years saw 32 teams of four enter the field).

This year's event will be held in Taylor, after the Fort St. John curling rink had damage to its ice chiller, forcing it to close for November.

Here are the 16 teams selected to participate in the bonspiel:

1. Roger's Trucking

2. Crosshatch

3. Peace Country Rentals

4. Fraction

5. Epscan

6. Tundra Process Solutions

7. Pimm's

8. 7C Contracting

9. Apex Valve

10. Big League Utilities

11. Balon

12. Husky

13. Ryason

14. Spartan Controls

15. Resolve

16. Troyer
