Three children were safely located last night after an extensive search by Dawson Creek RCMP. The children were reported missing just after 5 p.m., last seen at the corner of 18 Street and 83 Avenue, near a ploughed hill of snow.
Staff Sgt. Damon Werrell says several officers attended the search, with police dog, Hammer. The children were found unharmed.
“In short, three children were reported as missing,” said Werrell. “Dawson Creek RCMP and police dog responded and conducted an extensive search which ended with the children being located safely.”
