Sentences and fines from Fort St. John and Dawson Creek provincial courts Jan. 4 to 8, 2021:

Fort St. John

• Ryan Patrick Warnock (born 1981) was handed a conditional sentence and ordered to provide a DNA sample for sexual assault and sexual interference of a person under 16, committed in Hudson’s Hope in September 2013.

• Mitch David Winterburn (born 1987) was fined $2,000, given two years probation, and ordered to pay a $300 victim surcharge for driving without due care and attention, committed in Taylor in April 2019.

• Dean Quinton Davis (born 1980) was fined $1,500 and ordered to pay a $225 victim surcharge for driving without due care and attention, committed in Fort St. John in September 2017.

• Tyrone Douglas Davis (born 1983) was fined $750, prohibited from driving for one year, and ordered to pay a $112.50 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited, committed in Chetwynd in August 2018. Davis was given a suspended sentence with 12 months probation for theft under $5,000, committed in Fort St. John.

• Shawn Robert Nash (born 1969) was issued a six-month $500 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage, committed in Fort St. John in April 2020.

• Maria Elisabeth Fuhriman (born 1993) was issued a one-year $0 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage, committed in Taylor in December 2018.

• Cody Thomas Marshall (born 1988) was issued a one-year $0 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage, committed in Fort St. John in November 2019.

Dawson Creek

• Dayton Blue Steele Graham (born 1995) was sentenced to 42 days jail with one year probation for possession of stolen property over $5,000, and 30 days jail with one year probation for fleeing from police, both committed in Dawson Creek in December 2020. Graham given one year probation on one count of possessing stolen property over $5,000, and given one year probation on one count of possessing stolen property under $5,000, both committed in Farmington in December 2019.

Chetwynd

• Mark Hunter (born 1991) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage, committed in Dawson Creek in November 2018.
