Revelers in the South Peace poured into Pouce Coupe Wednesday for the region's largest Canada Day celebration.

Parade goers lined the street to see floats from businesses, cultural groups and local dignitaries, followed by a barbecue in Pouce Park. Among the groups with floats were the Pouce Coupe museum, local churches and Kalipi, the South Peace Filipino cultural group.

Also out in force were the Shriners in their Tin Lizzies, local fire departments and RCMP in red serge. The festivities continued into the evening with a fireworks show.
