"10019-103 Avenue creates an urban, high-density commercial development with a diversity of rental types, modular flexibility to change over time, and meets the economic and social needs of the region and culture of Fort St. John. In a city where the combined pressures of parking requirements and cost restrictions create vast, paved parking islands between buildings, this development demonstrates that density, parking requirements and economic construction can align to create a new building typology for the region."
