REPLAY: Fort St. John All Candidates Forum

Tune in tonight at 7 p.m. as federal election candidates in Prince George-Peace River-Northern Rockies debate the issues facing constituents and Canadians at a virtual All Candidates Forum in Fort St. John.

The forum will be broadcast live through Alaska Highway News on Facebook, as well as through the Fort St. John Chamber of Commerce, CJDC-TV, and EnergeticCity.ca pages. 

Seven candidates are running in this year’s election, including:

  • Bob Zimmer (Conservative)

  • Dave Jeffers (Maverick)

  • Cory Grizz Longley (NDP)

  • Ryan Dyck (People’s Party)

  • Catharine Kendall (Greens)

  • Amir Alavi (Liberal) 

  • Phil Hewkin (Canada’s Fourth Front)

The forum will be a chance for residents to get to know the candidates and where they stand on issues including the COVID-19 pandemic and healthcare, jobs and economic recovery, the environment, aboriginal reconciliation, foreign policy, and more.

Election day is Monday Sept. 20.
