The Dawson Creek Chamber of Commerce has a handful of events to attend to talk commerce and community this week.
The Chamber, along with Chances Dawson Creek, and BCLC will be hosting special summer mixer celebrating playing it forward in DC at 5pm on Thurs., Sept 14.
The very next night, venerable MP Bob Zimmer will be on hand to take questions on all issues but will be specifically discussing proposed changes to the tax structure on September 15, 5pm at the GDI.
On September 18 from 1 to 3pm at the GDI, representatives from Meyers, Norris and Penny will be on hand to talk about how the income sprinkling rules impact tax planning for businesses, and the impacts of holding passive investments inside a private corporation.
