Check for *local *celebrities of all kinds at Tim Hortons locations throughout the Peace Region this Wednesday.
Local politicians, emergency staff and more will be on hand making double doubles, keeping drive thru times brisk and more this week. Camp Day is here once again with, 100 per cent of the proceeds from every hot coffee and iced coffee sold at Tim Hortons restaurants across NA are donated to Tim Hortons Foundation Camps to help underserved youth reach their full potential.
Camp Day was kickstarted in 1987 by 58 restaurant owners in Atlantic Canada who donated 24 hours of sales to the Tim Horton Children's Camp in Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia.
*Local celebrities continues to be a relative term.
