Here are a handful of things to do this weekend in the South Peace.


1. Alpha Bulls shoot out of the chutes

Alpha Bull PBR is coming back to Dawson Creek Friday night, and this time and they’re bringing music. November 25 sees PBR Dawson Creek take over the Ovintiv Events Centre – with a post show concert with Bobby Wills.


2. Farmington Farmerettes

The Farmington Farmerettes Christmas Market goes Nov. 27 at the Farmington Hall with doors at 12:30pm. The Farmington Hall on Parkland Rd in Farmington. Stop buy and enjoy ribbon sandwiches, sweets and tea or coffee.


3. Karaoke Chetwynd

Nov. 26 at 8pm the mic will be hot at hte Chetwynd Legion. Join them for a fun night of music, prizes and drink specials. Always a fun night out.


4. Macrame Feather Wall Hanging time

Rhian from Dreamer's will be coming to Vintage Restoration to teach how to make macrame feather wall hangings. Rhian will be offering two different feather wall hanging classes Saturday. To register call the store.


5. Oil Painting Workshop

Expand your mind and knowledge of oil painting at the Dawson Creek Art Gallery Saturday. A class goes 1:30pm-6:30pm. Example picture and project is a secret! To be announced! Call or DM the Gallery to register your spot. Do it.


BONUS -  Get your Johnny action on - Canucks game Saturday.

Head down to the Memorial to catch the hometown Dawson Creek Canucks host the Valleyview Jets. 830pm is the puck drop
