Haunted Halloween events on Oct. 31

There are all kinds of family friendly Halloween events planned for Mile Zero and area on Oct. 31.

Halloween night from 5pm to 9pm will see Walt Wright's Pioneer Village decked out all scary-like by the Kiwanis Club and more.

Expect a spooktacular good time at fireworks at 8:30pm.

Meanwhile the Co-op Mercer Hall at Ovintiv Events Centre will be turned into a haunted house as well from 4 to 8pm on Oct. 31.

Stop by these spooky affairs while trick or treating in DC.

The Pouce Coupe Museum will also be handing out treats to avoid tricks. Les Dayus at the Museum predicts at 175 candy bags will be gone very quickly.
