South Peace Search and Rescue is holding an information evening for the public. Those interested in joining the organization in some capacity are invited to learn more.
"We meet and train every Thursday from 7 to 9pm and some weekends," says Marcel Woodill with the group.
"You don’t need experience and we will train you to the ground search and rescue standards with our qualified instructors."
The event goes Sept. 29 at 7277 Alaska Ave.
