$2,000 for hospital foundation

The Microtel Inn and Suites in Fort St. John recently donated $2,000 to the Fort St. John Hospital Foundation for its Greatest Need Fund.

The funds come froom MasterBUILT Hotel’s Common Ground Program, which collects donations and distributes them back into local, regional, and national causes, and encourages staff to volunteer locally by providing paid volunteer days and opportunities.

"Our team at Microtel FSJ collectively decided and chose to help four local charities. We chose the Hospital Foundation to help with its Greatest Need Fund, especially at this challenging time," said Microtel General Manager Leroy Dsouza.

He added, "Our team is excited to also volunteer for the Hospital Foundation for an upcoming fundraising campaign they will have in August".
