2022 Rotary Mother's Day Run

A little bit of snow and biting northerly winds weren’t enough to deter dozens of spirited Fort St. John residents from joining together to celebrate mom Sunday morning at this year's Rotary Mother’s Day Run.

Proceeds from this year's race will continue to support the Fort St. John Women's Resource Society.

The society served 12,013 clients through its outreach store in 2021, as well as 395 clients with family law advocacy and 1,002 clients through its poverty law program. That's not counting all the people who were also helped by the society through its HIV and drug harm reduction, Christmas hampers, and tax help programs.

The Fort St. John Rotary club says it has raised more than $80,000 for the Women's Resource Society since 2012.
