Fort St. John airport update

Air Canada has extended its suspension at the Fort St. John airport until June 21. The suspension began April 2, and this includes flights to Vancouver.

WestJet is still flying to Calgary four times weekly through May, though some flights may be cancelled due to demand. The airline's service to Calgary is planned six times weekly June 1 to 7, and resuming daily on June 8. Direct flights to Vancouver are planned to resume June 5.

Central Mountain Air is still reporting a return to scheduled commercial service on June 8.

Nav Canada has suspended overnight air navigation services in Fort St. John and Fort Nelson. Affected airports will remain open and aircraft will continue to be able to land and depart.
