The West Bypass Road has reopened after a dirt biker was hit by a pickup truck hauling a trailer Tuesday morning near the train tracks.
The youth was crossing the bypass road when they were struck by the truck and thrown from their dirt bike, Fort St. John RCMP said.
"The youth sustained minor injuries but was transported to hospital for medical follow up," RCMP said.
Emergency crews were called out at 11:29 a.m. and the road was reopened by 1:30 p.m.
