Fort St. John's Rishav Sharma has finished play on the singles side at Para Badminton International event in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Sharma was beaten 21-15, 21-9 by India's Hardik Makkar Thursday morning.
The loss eliminated the 25-year-old from further play.
Sharma was also partnered up with Cicero Lima Liberal of Brazil in doubles play.
The pair, however, weren't able to advance into the playoff round.
