Suspected cocaine, meth seized from Fort St. John backyard

Fort St. John RCMP say they seized a bag of what they believe was cocaine and meth from a residential backyard on Tuesday.

RCMP say they were alerted to the "suspicious garbage type bag" at 3:35 p.m., though no location was provided in a release.

"A frontline general duty officer attended and seized the bag and all contents," the release said. "The officer conducted initial tests leading police to believe they were cocaine and methamphetamines."

No further information was provided.
