Yay! October hasn't failed me before, and it won't fail me this time. It's keeping my on my toes and making me look forward to everything.
Especially this weekend. In a few days I'll be on a road trip with my best friend to Edmonton! I can't wait! Four days of hanging out and not having to worry about anything except for getting a spot at the concert. Thats right! We got tickets to Bullet for my Valentine! Pretty much one of the greatest bands ever!
We've had a countdown for over a month and now I can hardly believe it's almost here. It was a crazy suprise that started with Kurtis calling me up. He was so excited when he called he could hardly breathe. I told him it was a long shot and we probably wouldn't ever go, but here we are now, less than a week away and I can't wait! Now it's time to brush up on their songs.
Speaking of being excited, I so excited for the new Saw movie. Saw 7 or 3D depending on what you'd like to call it. I only started watching them at the start of summer. Then, I really got into them. They all have such interesting plots and twists and surprise endings.
I almost thought they'd be done after the sixth one, and it mostly made sense to end the series there, until the after credits scene. It left me hanging, like almost every other movie in that series has. As good of a series as it is, it needs to end. They can't make it go on forever.
I'm pretty sure this is the last one. I'm kind of upset about how they are going to end the series though. In 3D. I don't know why, but I really dislike 3D movies. They hurt my eyes and to be honest they all look fake. The 3D is getting better and can sometimes look like it's really there, but the movie makers make everything else in the movie look fake by having too many slow-mo effects or not filming things but editing them into a movie. I reall hope they don't wreck this movie by being 3D.
Not only is there Saw and Bullet for my Valentine, but halloween is coming up! I've decided to be Juno MacGuff from the movie Juno. I've found a few things for the costume, but I can't find the orange and white shirt! I've looked everywhere and it's no where to be found in Fort St. John. Maybe I'll have some luck in Edmonton!
