Cst. Chad Neustaeter said the cause of the crash remains under investigation.

There's nothing to indicate the crash was associated with the Peace Region Community 2 Community Motorcycle Poker Ride taking place that day, according to Neustaeter. Officials with the ride have not yet responded to calls for comment.

Any witnesses who have not spoken with police are asked to call the Fort St. John RCMP detachment at 250-787-8100.
