Sentences and fines handed out in provincial courts Aug. 4 to 7, 2020:

Fort St John

• Cameron Maxwell Gordon (born 1996) was issued a suspended sentence with a 10-year mandatory firearms ban and one-year probation order for criminal harassment, committed in Taylor in July 2019.

• Dustin Ryan Shadow (born 1994) was granted a conditional discharge with a one-year probation order for mischief, committed in Fort St. John in August 2019.

• Oceann Elsie Maier (born 1990) was fined $368, issued a 30-day driving ban, and assessed a $55.20 victim surcharge for failing to remain at the scene of an accident, committed in Fort St. John in October 2018.

Dawson Creek

• Daniel Charles Ranahan (born 1963) was sentenced to time served for theft $5,000 or under, committed in Dawson Creek in September 2019.
