Sentences and fines from Fort St. John and Dawson Creek provincial courts Jan. 18 to 22, 2021:

Fort St. John

• Ryan Matthew Fallows (born 1991) was sentenced to zero days, given two years probation, issued a mandatory lifetime firearms ban, and ordered to submit a DNA sample for robbery, committed in Fort St. John in December 2019.

• Lance Corey Davis (born 1991) was given a suspended sentence with 18 months probation, and ordered to submit a DNA sample for assault causing bodily harm, committed in Moberly Lake in January 2020. Davis was granted a conditional discharge with 12 months probation for breaching a release order in Fort St. John in April 2020.

• Corey David Chalmers (born 1991) was sentenced to zero days and issued a one-year criminal driving prohibition for dangerous driving, committed in Fort St. John in October 2019; sentenced to zero days and given two years probation for possession of stolen property under $5,000, committed in Fort St. John in September 2019; fined $500, given a one-year driving prohibition, and ordered to pay a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited, committed in Fort St. John in August 2019; and sentenced to zero days and given a one-year criminal driving prohibition for flight from police, committed in Fort St. John in March 2019. Chalmers was also sentenced to zero days for breaching a release order, committed in Savona, B.C., in April 2020.

• Edward Leonard Wolf (born 1970) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of sexual offence in respect of person under 16, committed in Fort St. John in November 2016.

• Bruce Murray Attachie (born 1977) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage to property, committed in Fort St. John in July 2019.

Dawson Creek

• Sereena Marie Locke (born 1991) was given a suspended sentence with 10 months probation, issued a four-year discretionary firearms ban, and ordered to submit a DNA sample for assault, committed in Doe River in April 2020.

• Terrill Adam Woodcox (born 1992) was fined $250 for theft under $5,000, committed in Dawson Creek in October 2019. Woodcox was fined $500 for mischief under $5,000, committed in Dawson Creek in August 2018. Woodcox

• Torry Lee Anderson (born 1986) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage to property, committed in Dawson Creek in April 2018.

Chetwynd

• Timothy Joesph Filippelli (born 1970) was fined $1,000 and ordered to pay a $150 victim surcharge for driving without reasonable consideration, committed in Chetwynd in January 2020.
