Dawson Creek

• Marc Walter McCallum (born 1989) was granted a five-month conditional sentence with 24 months probation, and ordered to pay $28,260 in restitution for fraud under $5,000, committed in Dawson Creek in December 2016.

• Bradley Alexander Cartwright (born 1986) was issued a six-month $500 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage, committed in Dawson Creek in January 2020; given an eight-month conditional sentence with 16 months probation for flight from police, committed in Dawson Creek in November 2019; given an eight-month conditional sentence with 16 months probation for break and enter, committed in Dawson Creek in October 2019; issued a one-year $1,000 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage, committed in Dawson Creek in September 2019; fined $3,000 for operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a licence, committed in Dawson Creek in July 2019; issued a one-year $1,000 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage, committed in Pouce Coupe in July 2019; and given an eight-month conditional sentence with 16 months probation for flight from police, committed in Dawson Creek in May 2019.

• Chad Joseph Alex Gauthier (born 1987) was fined $1,000 and given 18 months probation for assault, committed in Dawson Creek in February 2019.

• Randi Lynn Jensen (born 1988) was granted a conditional discharge and given 12 months probation for assault with a weapon, committed in Dawson Creek in December 2019.

• Allan Patrick Taylor (born 1977) was given a 90-day conditional sentence with 12 months probation for theft under $5,000, committed in Dawson Creek in March 2020; given a 90-day conditional sentence with 12 months probation for possession of stolen property under $5,000, committed in Dawson Creek in September 2019; sentenced to time served for wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer, committed in Dawson Creek in February 2019; and given a suspended sentence with 12 months probation for theft under $5,000, committed in Dawson Creek in May 2018.

• Noah Kevin Rowan (born 1994) was granted a conditional discharge and given eight months probation for possession of stolen property over $5,000, committed in Tumbler Ridge in August 2019.

• Charles Richard Calahasen (born 1975) was given a 30-day conditional sentence with 12 months probation for theft under $5,000, committed in Pouce Coupe in November 2018.

• Kenneth Dean Franklin (born 1959) was granted a conditional discharge and given six months probation for theft under $5,000, committed in Pouce Coupe in November 2018.

• Timothy Adsley (born 1984) was fined $500, issued a one-year driving prohibition, and ordered to pay a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited, committed in Dawson Creek in June 2020.

• Michael Brian Courtoreille (born 1988) was fined $500, issued a one-year driving prohibition, and ordered to pay a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited, committed in Dawson Creek in May 2020.

Fort St. John

• Eric Edison Prescott (born 1984) was fined $1,500, issued an 18-month driving prohibition, and ordered to pay a $225 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited, committed in Fort St. John in June 2020.

• Amanda Gail Apsassin (born 1978) was fined $1,000, issued an 18-month driving prohibition, and ordered to pay a $150 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited, committed in Fort St. John in December 2018; and was fined $1,000 and issued an 18-month driving prohibition for driving while prohibited, also committed in Fort St. John in December 2018.

• Thomas Alexander Carroll (born 1983) was fined $500, given one year probation, and ordered to pay a $75 victim surcharge for driving without due care and attention, committed in Fort St. John in January 2018.

• Sergey Adereyko Walter (born 1982) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage to property, committed in Montney in May 2019.

• Shaquen Charles Mundt (born 1998) was granted a conditional discharge with six months probation for two counts of breach of undertaking, committed Fort St. John in August 2019 and December 2018.
