The offence took place n a stretch of the Hart Highway near Prince George Thursday just before 9 a.m.
"This incident is a clear disregard for the safety of all road users, including himself," said Cpl. Craig Douglass of the Prince George RCMP.
"Any number of things could have easily caused a serious collision that almost certainly would have caused at least one death. There is no excuse for his actions."
