Groundwater licence open houses next week

The province will hold a series of open houses on groundwater licensing in Northeast B.C. next week.

The province says residents who are using groundwater from a well or dugout for non-domestic uses on their property will need to apply for a licence by March 1, 2019. The open houses will help groundwater users learn about what's required in the licensing application process.
