NH Connections to take break over holiday season

The service provides transportation for out-of-town medical appointments.

"Demand for the service typically drops over the holiday season as fewer people book health care appointments," Northern Health said.

The final run of the year for Prince George to Vancouver will be on December 20 and, for Vancouver to Prince George, on December 22. Prince George to Vancouver will return on January 3 and Vancouver to Prince George on January 5.

- Prince George to Prince Rupert, last run on December 21 and returning on January 3;

- Prince Rupert to Prince George, last run on December 23 and returning on January 4;

- Prince George to Fort St. John, last run on December 20 and returning on January 3;

- Fort St. John to Prince George, last run on December 22 and returning on January 5;

- Valemount to Prince George, last run on December 22 and returning on January 5;

- McBride, Valemount to Kamloops, last run on December 17 and returning on January 7;

- Burns Lake to Terrace, last run on December 17 and returning on January 7;

- Fort Nelson to Dawson Creek, last run on December 15 and returning on January 5;

- Dawson Creek to Fort Nelson, last run on December 17 and returning on January 5;

- Mackenzie to Prince George, last run on December 23 and returning on January 6;

- Quesnel to Prince George, last run on December 22 and returning on January 5;

- Burns Lake to Prince George, last run on December 22 and returning on January 5;

- Burns Lake via Fort St. James, last run on December 23 and returning on January 6.

The booking centre will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
