Environment Canada says west winds of 70 km/h gusting to 90 will occur this afternoon as a sharp cold front moves across the region.
The winds will diminish early in the evening as the front crosses into Alberta, Environment Canada said. Loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injury or damage.
Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions due to high winds.
