BC Hydro warns hunters about Site C areas

BC Hydro is reminding the public not to hunt or discharge firearms near Site C project areas.

An advisory bulletin dated Sept 23. says crews are currently operating in various areas along Hughway 29, the banks of the Peace River between Hudson’s Hope and Fort St John, transmission corridors to the south, and along related access roads.

The bulletin further states that hunters and trappers should continue to cautious, as Site C construction is slated to continue through to 2025.
