2020 TransCan Motocross results: Day 1

After months of planning and excitement, and a cross-Canada journey, Peace Region motocross riders Cruz Gordon, Drew Roberts, and Carter Roberts got a taste for racing at the 2020 Walton TransCan Grand National Championship on Wednesday, the biggest amateur motocross event in Canada. All three got some motos under their feet, showed flashes of what they can accomplish, and have three more days of racing to try and win a medal and reach their goals.

Here are the results for Cruz, Drew, and Carter from Day 1. 

Cruz Gordon

50cc GP 4-8, Moto 1: 3rd place out of 22

50cc 7-8, Moto 1: 4th out of 19

65cc 7-9, Moto 1: 13th out of 23

Carter Roberts

85cc 12-16, Moto 1: 6th out of 19

Super Mini 9-16, Moto 1: 14th out of 30

Drew Roberts

85cc 7-11, Moto 1: 9th out of 18

Super Mini 9-16, Moto 1: 15th out of 30
