Active living video series now streaming

Once a week for the next eight weeks, there will be an exercise challenge, a scavenger hunt, and a game idea shared on the agency's YouTube channel. Watch the summertime introduction video here.

"All of the activities have been especially designed to be simple and accessible to everyone regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or physical condition and we think it is a fun way to get moving as individuals, families, small groups or couples," said Rob Stiles of Engage Sport North.
