Denny Morrison to help "Jumpstart" kids activities and skills in Fort St. John next week

Denny Morrison will be back in his hometown next Wednesday, October 23 to help host and take part in the Canadia Tire Jumpstart Games. The games are a part of Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities, which hosts a number of events in Canada each year to introduce kids to activities and new skills, and promote an active lifestyle. 

More than 250 invited kids are expected to take part in the Jumpstart Games. Among the games and activities scheduled are kinball, soccer, and drills with an agility ladder. The event will begin with opening remarks at 10:20 a.m., with games scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Morrison will be taking part in the games and getting to know the kids throughout the day. The event is closed to the public.
