Energetic Edge hosts cheer showcase, to perform at Winter Games Opening Ceremonies

The Energetic Edge Cheer Association has had a very busy February. First, the association's Empower team, a 14-girl performance group, finished second at the Cold Snap Cheer and Dance Competition in Edmonton. Last weekend, the Energetic Edge hosted their annual showcase to family and friends of the cheerleaders at Dr. Kearney on Saturday, February 15.

Tonight, Empower will perform their silver medal-winning routine at the North Peace Arena just prior to the B.C. Winter Games Opening Ceremonies, at 6:45 p.m. The ceremonies will follow at 7 p.m.
