Huskies dominate, score five goals in NWJHL All Star Game

The NWJHL held the 2019 league All Star Game last night in Clairmont to kick off the NWJHL's second showcase weekend. The Fort St. John Huskies had six players on Team North — Tyler McArthur, Connor Kindrat, Nick Loewen, Alex Nimmo, Jared Winkel, and Oscar Burgess. Coach Todd Alexander was behind the bench.

The Huskies sure chose the right players, as five of the six North goals were scored by Fort St. John players. Nimmo was named Team North MVP. Unfortunately, while the North led 2-0 after one and 6-3 after the second period, the South came back to win the game 7-6.
