Ina Forrest headed back to World Wheelchair Curling Championship

After a disappointing seventh-place finish at last year's World Wheerchair Curling Championships, Ina Forrest and Team Canada are looking for a better result at the 2020 World Championships.

The event starts this Saturday, February 29 in Wetzikon, Switzerland. Forrest, formerly of Fort St. John, won bronze at the 2018 Paralympics and gold at the 2013 World Championships.

The team went 5-6 last year. Two of Forrest's current teammates — skip Mark Ideson and Dennis Thiessen — were both members of those 2013 and 2018 medal-winning teams.

Canada will play a round robin against all 11 other teams, with the top six advancing to the knockout rounds.
