John Herrington to make jump to Junior A next year with Prince George Spruce Kings

John Herrington put the icing on an incredible season yesterday by signing an agreement on Thursday, January 24 with the BCHL's Prince George Spruce Kings to play Junior A hockey next season. Herrington, as captain of the BCMML's Prince George Cariboo Cougars this season, has 22 points in 27 games and has been a leader in all facets of the game. 

The Spruce Kings are having a down season this year, and are currently last in the Mainland Division with a 16-24-5 record.
