Midget Trackers to host GP Storm on Sunday

After a successful three-game road trip last weekend, the NEBC and Yukon Trackers have just one game this week, a battle with division-rivals GPAC Storm at home on Sunday, January 26. Puck drop is at 12 p.m. at the Pomeroy Sport Centre.

The Milltech Group Division first-place Trackers (38 points) will look to continue their dominance against the Storm (26 points), who are third in the division. The Trackers beat the Storm 5-1 last time the teams palyed each other.

The Trackers went 2-1 on the road last weekend, including an impressive 6-3 win over the CAC Butchers & Packers, the NAHL's fifth-place team overall. The Trackers also beat the Fort Saskatchewan Rangers 5-2, but lost a tough game to the lowly Surgeon Sting, 3-2.

The Trackers remain tied for second-overall in the league with MLAC Beverly, one point behind the St. Albert Crusaders. Both Beverly and the Crusaders have games in hand on the Trackers, however.
