All teams had Thanksgiving weekend off, however, that didn’t stop them from putting in lots of hard work at practice throughout the week. The Junior Girls Volleyball team took on the Senior Girls in an exhibition on Thursday afternoon. The Seniors took 4 of 5 sets, with the Juniors winning the 4th. Both coaches were happy with the level of play and excited for this weekends tournaments.

Male athlete of the week: Quinlan Snider

It can be hard to stay focused without many games to look forward to, however, Senior Boys Soccer captain Quinlan Snider consistently demonstrates focus, determination and grit, and can often be found putting in extra work outside of practice. He leads by example both on and off the pitch, and is working hard to make sure the team is ready for zones at the end of the month.

Female athlete of the week: Emily Reuhl

Emily has taken on a new role on the senior volleyball team and is working hard. She consistently demonstrates an impeccable work ethic and has improved significantly since the first tournament.
