SCOREBOARD: Fort St. John Huskies 3 (OT), North Peace Navigators 2

On the scoreboard, it appears that the Fort St. John Huskies were finally challenged in a game. The Huskies needed to go to overtime before they could beat the North Peace Navigators, but they outshot North Peace last night 55 to 27, and left the North Peace Arena with a 3-2 win, their 10th straight. 

Tyler McArthur had a solid game, allowing just two goals while facing more shots than normal. Gary Loewen had two goals, while Joel Bourgeois was the overtime hero.

The Huskies now lead the Dawson Creek Junior Canucks by 12 points and the Navigators by 14. They host the Canucks for a mid-weed game on Wednesday, January 22 at 8 p.m.
