Carol Eugene Park

Carol Eugene Park is a multimedia reporter for Glacier Media, with journalistic interests in arts and culture, and social issues.

Park is a transplant from Hamilton, Ontario, who moved across the country to pursue a master's in journalism at the UBC School of Journalism. Before the relocation, she studied English Literature and Renaissance Studies at the University of Toronto.

Her work has been published in various news outlets, including Global, Globe and Mail, CBC, and The Tyee. In 2021, she had the opportunity to co-host and produce an explainer podcast called Decomplicated.

Although Park started her career in print, she is equally passionate about audio journalism, especially narrative and investigative podcasts, and digital storytelling.

When she's not working, Park is almost always scrolling through TikTok, or watching reality dating shows.
